Shipping policy

We currently offer shipping to the following countries:
UAE, KSA, IRAQ, LEBANON, JORDAN, EGYPT, OMAN, BAHRAIN, QATAR, KUWAIT, Europe, United kingdom, USA and CANADA.

Please feel free to email us at customercare@istamoda.com for any order inquiry outside of our shipping zones. We will try to arrange a special delivery for you.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout based on the country of delivery and the weight of your order.

Duties and taxes

Duties and taxes are different for every country and are the responsibility of the customer, the courier company will inform the customer if there are any customs charges upon delivery.

Delivery time
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit verification. Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days after placing your order.
Kindly allow 3-7 business days to receive your order after dispatch. Istamoda.com is not responsible for any delay caused by customs procedures in the country of delivery.

Return policy
We accept returns up to 7 calendar days after delivery.
The customer is responsible for the payment of the return label.
We use DHL for the return service and the return label fee is calculated based on the country of origin.
Should you have any returns kindly contact returns@istamoda.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will do our best to provide you with the most convenient solution.

Eligibility for return
Items must not be worn, used, altered or washed.
Items must have all tags attached, including seals, and be returned in
original packaging.
Failure to comply with the above will result in items not being qualified for a refund.
Shipping and handling charges where applicable are non refundable.
After receiving the item at our warehouse, the return process will be initiated. It might take 7-14 days for the return amount to reflect in your bank account.
The refund amount will be deposited to the payment method that was used to place the order.
The return shipping charge is covered by the customer and will be deducted from the refund total
